I’m currently completing my Level 2 Scouting and Analysis course with IPSO, and it’s been a fantastic learning experience so far. The knowledge and insight I’ve gained are already making a positive impact on how I observe and evaluate the game. Next, I’ll be progressing onto the Level 3 Youth Scouting course, which will deepen my understanding of match reporting and help me analyse young players more effectively—an essential step in shaping the future of football talent.
