At Pro Shaws Coaching, we’re passionate about nurturing young football talent, and one of the most rewarding parts of that journey is coaching the Exeter City Girls Development U10s team.
As the coach of this fantastic group, our focus goes far beyond drills and match results. It’s about developing each player’s technical ability, confidence, and understanding of the game in an environment that’s both fun and supportive. Every session is designed to challenge the girls, encourage creativity, and build the skills that form the foundation for lifelong success in football.
Our training sessions centre around ball mastery, decision-making, and teamwork, all while fostering a positive mindset and a love for the game. I believe in a player-centred approach – giving every girl the freedom to express herself, take creative risks, and learn from each moment on the pitch.
Through structured sessions, match experiences, and tailored individual feedback, we aim to help each player progress along the Exeter City development pathway. The goal is simple: to create confident, capable, and passionate young footballers who enjoy every step of their journey.
